Computes wages and posts wage data to payroll record.
Operates a CRT or PC to compute and record earnings from work tickets by subtraction deductions.
Enters gross wages on earning record.
Computes wages and posts wage data to payroll records.
Prepares periodic reports of earnings and deductions for outside firms as requested.
Compiles and types new hire, termination, and transfer survey.
Answers multi‑line telephone and transfers to proper destination or takes a message.
Verifies time and attendance to be sure that time off requested is correct.
Prepares checks for warehouses, plants, and residences to be mailed.
Updates any employee information (address, name change, W‑4s, etc.).
Must be able to do the following tasks: answering phones, filing, faxing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
*Maintains regular attendance.
*Ability to work mandatory over time.
Performs other duties as requested by Management.
