A3 Heat Seal Opr 1st P/T Seasonal HS Co-Op (2026-2027)

Tends Automatic Heat Seal Machine that heat seals covers on battery cases.

*Adjusts temperature as required using gauges on the machine.
Lifting tooling heads or nest plates heater cores, plattens and rails.
Must use Lock out tag out.
*Tends automatic Heat Sealing Machine that heat seals covers on battery cases.
*Places covers on case.
May use manual shear tester.
*Makes minor repairs and adjustments to the Heat Seal Machine.
*Assists in changeovers of product type.
May trim posts.
May use hand truck to carry covers to the work area.
May lift boxes of case lids.
Responsible for HMI Kioks.
Scan covers to three way match.
*Maintains regular attendance.
*Ability to work mandatory over time.
Performs other duties as requested by Management.
Responsible for producing a high quality product.
Responsible for proper hygiene, housekeeping, and safety practices.
