East Penn Manufacturing is seeking a dedicated Occupational Health Nurse (RN) to join our progressive on-site Medical Center team on a per diem basis. This position plays a vital role in supporting employee health, safety, wellness, and quality by providing clinical care, injury assessment, health education, and occupational health services in a manufacturing environment.
This 1st shift per diem opportunity offers flexible scheduling based on the needs of the department, with hours typically scheduled between 6:00 AM and 7:00 PM. The Occupational Health Nurse works closely with employees, physicians, supervisors, and management to promote a safe workplace, support regulatory compliance, and ensure timely and effective care for work-related injuries and illnesses.
This role is ideal for an experienced nurse seeking a flexible schedule while making a meaningful impact on employee well-being in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Note: Training and orientation schedules will be coordinated based on department needs and the candidate's experience and may include time spent on an alternate shift during the onboarding period.
