East Penn Mfg., a world class leader in automotive battery manufacturing is looking for an Industrical Service Manager at our Ashland, Virginia Warehouse. The Industrial Service Manager is responsible for overseeing the personnel and operations of the Industrial Field Service Department. Ensures that customer service needs are met while adhering to expected deadlines and approved budgets. The Service Manager is committed to the company’s success while upholding East Penn Company policies and culture.
Estimated salary range: $70,000 - $72,000
Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and training.
Responsible for Industrial Field Service Department management/staffing, and general maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of warehouse equipment and delivery vehicles. Works in conjunction with the Branch Manager and all other branch employees to achieve a growing, profitable, and operationally efficient Service Department.
This position requires strict adherence to information security protocols when handling sensitive and confidential data. Employees must safeguard all personal, financial, and proprietary information in compliance with company policies and applicable regulations, ensuring data integrity and privacy at all times.
