Overview

Join our logistics and operations team as a Transportation Freight Support, where you'll play a key role in coordinating freight shipments, optimizing transportation processes, and enhancing customer satisfaction.

This fast-paced role involves tracking deliveries, maintaining communication with carriers and vendors, analyzing freight data, and supporting strategic logistics initiatives.

You'll also manage documentation, process claims, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts across our global distribution network.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and track shipments, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Communicate with carriers, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Maintain accurate shipping records and documentation.
  • Analyze freight data for cost-saving opportunities.
  • Support route planning and load optimization.
  • Handle freight claims and prepare logistics reports.
  • Assist with international shipping documentation and rate coordination.
  • Participate in continuous improvement process
  • Other job related duties as requested by the Global Logistics Manager

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in logistics or related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of freight transportation or logistics experience.
  • Proficiency in transportation management software and MS Office.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
