Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with customers to understand their requirements and provide solutions.
  • Work with a cross-functional team to drive new product development and innovation.
  • Provide technical support during the implementation and deployment of new products.
  • Work with the development team to enhance existing features and develop new ones based on user feedback.
  • Provide technical guidance for clients to help them understand and utilize our products effectively.
  • Prepare technical documentation to support our portfolio.
  • Work with laboratory, quality, and manufacturing teams to analyze returned products and implement corrective/preventative actions
  • Act as a liaison between the sales team and the engineering team.
  • Update the Reserve Power sales team with the latest technical advancements and provide training when necessary.
  • Work with technical experts from across the industry to provide guidance for end users.
  • Collaborate with the advertising team to turn engineering test results into marketable material.
  • Act as a project manager and work with a team to complete projects of varying complexity

Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or other technical discipline (e.g. chemistry or physics) preferred or comparable experience
  • 0-5 years of East Penn experience or relevant outside experience
  • General knowledge of electrical circuits and chemistry

Skills & Competencies

Required:

  • Computer literate including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Mathematical skills
  • Communication skills

Preferred:

  • Organized
  • Knowledge of batteries and battery applications
