The Innovation Center Testing and Equipment Coordinator is a pivotal role that seeks to bridge the gap between cutting-edge innovation and practical implementation through rigorous testing and measurement of equipment. This position will be instrumental in ensuring that all testing procedures are meticulously designed, executed, and analyzed to uphold the highest standards of quality and efficiency. The Coordinator will work closely with engineers, researchers, and product development teams to facilitate seamless testing operations, while also managing the logistics of testing equipment and ensuring its optimal performance. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills and a data-driven mindset, enabling them to analyze results critically and provide actionable insights to improve innovation outcomes. You will be responsible for managing testing schedules, maintaining comprehensive records, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Additionally, this role demands a proactive approach to problem-solving, as you will work on identifying potential issues before they affect the testing process. Your organizational skills will be paramount as you coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the testing lifecycle.

5+ years of Lab experience
Significant understanding of battery testing techniques including alternate chemistries
Good attendance record
Education/Certification
4-year degree (in engineering or other appropriate degree such as Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, etc.): or equivalent combination of a 2-year degree (in engineering or other appropriate discipline) and related experience.
