Responsibilities

 

  • Supervise daily distribution activities to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
  • Manage and train warehouse staff to promote a positive and productive work environment
  • Develop and implement efficient distribution processes and procedures
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the inventory team for replenishment
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
  • Analyze performance metrics and make recommendations for improvements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and enhance overall operations
  • Conduct regular inspections of the warehouse to ensure cleanliness and order.
  • Assist in scheduling staff and managing shift rotations effectively

 

Qualifications

 

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within a warehousing or distribution environment
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and engage a diverse team
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems and inventory control
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform decision-making
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
  • Must be able to communicate effectively written and orally in English

Education

  • Must have High School diploma /GED or Above
