Our Sales Development Program is a full-time position that prepares graduates and professionals for a career in the energy storage industry. Focused within our Industrial/Motive Power Divisional Sales Teams, you will work closely with our industry experts and receive training on all aspects of sales methods and techniques as well as experience with our large customer base, technology, product line, and unique culture. Once training is complete, a designated territory is assigned, and you will focus on maintaining relationships with established customers and obtaining new customers. An Industrial Territory Sales Representative's objectives are to maximize sales volume and market penetration, and achieve forecasted market share and gross profit goals by providing the appropriate customer-based solutions. This program could position you for a variety of promotional opportunities and the potential to transition into comission based pay as you grow your territory.
Training will be on-site at our Company Headquarters in Lyon Station, Berks County, PA with experiential learning opportunities through travel assignments along the East Coast. Upon completion of our training program, on average after 3-5 months, opportunities for territory assignment from New England to Florida requiring relocation will be reviewed and presented.
This opportunity requires relocation to territory assignments outside of Pennsylvania.
